TCEQ TPDES General Permit TXG110000 · Concrete Batch Plants
TCEQ has renewed and amended the Concrete Batch General Permit (TXG110000) for ready-mixed concrete plants, concrete products plants, and their associated facilities. The new permit takes effect November 7, 2026, and every currently authorized facility has 90 days to submit a renewal NOI and bring its Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3 or SWPPP) up to the new requirements.
